Since integrating the Givecloud (GC) platform, our monthly donors have been quite unhappy with the number of emails and monthly tax receipts they receive, especially when the donation is under $20/mo. While we can turn on consolidated receipting, it would not be of benefit to our organization as majority of our donors are one-time in memoriam donations or they give once annually. For a few of our monthly donors, we have had to remove their recurring pledge from the GC platform and create the pledge directly in DonorPerfect so that there is an option to receive one annual receipt. This is unfortunate as we much prefer the reporting in GC, and it defeats the purpose of having the GC integration.
