Improvements and Feature Requests

Add the ability to see dashboard data current month vs same month last year instead of just compared to last month. We know that December is not going to look the same as January - but would love to know how December 2025 is comparing to December 2024. "Here's how June 2025 is going: compared to the same time in the previous month".

I've been told that this doesn't exist. I'd like to ensure that the "Donation Notification" autoresponse email sent to our P2P fundraisers shows the amount of the donation that will actually show up on their fundraising thermometer, not the amount that includes the DCC

make the code container dynamic to fit the width of the screen versus the scroll at the bottom. When I scroll over - I can't edit the html - its like a bug that causes me to lose my place.

The multi-item checkout page is designed as a landing page. It even has SEO fields to drive traffic direct from search engines. Yet the page has nowhere to enter media or text explaining the event. It doesn't even allow a link to a page that does explain the event. So it's a landing page with no information, which makes no sense. This is not a feature request; in order for this page to satisfy its core function, it has to have the option for additional content. Please correct this ASAP.

I've seen this issue crop up in so many places. Today's issues (add your own examples in the comments) when logging in from the P2P Fundraiser Page (which happens after you "Choose Your Cause"), the page refreshes and your cause defaults to the first on the list regardless of what you've chosen when logging in from a P2P create?type page link (directing people to create a P2P Fundraiser for a predetermined cause), you are sent to the regular fundraiser page with all the "Choose Your Cause" options I've also had this happen within the shopping basket (I think when using the forget password function).

While the idea of the new UFL is nice it has inconsistencies that make it less likely to be used. The ability to see detailed views across all forms is where our current hold up is with the new UFL. We are only able to see these metrics if the form is a giving form but there is no way to convert classic forms to giving forms without completely remaking the product. Most of our products are classic forms that we would very much like to be able to look at the metrics of the views on. With changes like these we struggle to be able to use them due to inconsistencies like this and it makes our experience using GiveCloud frustrating.

We would really like an option to be notified when someone changes their recurring donation. Without having this, it deters us from using this great feature that GiveCloud offers. It is too much to manually try to track who has updated their donation. The donor and us as Givecloud users should both be emailed if there is a change to the recurring donation.

Right now this is only available for "page with payment," and the workaround (with item variants with prices and options) only works well if you're ONLY doing one-time OR monthly, not both. We have multiple situations where this would be helpful. For example, "Support a Missionary." We'd like this as a single tile on our donate page, among the other donation options, but we'd like people to select which missionary's ministry they want to support, each with it's own GL code (but we need to offer monthly and one-time so using "prices and options" simply becomes too messy)

We have automated emails set up through DonorPerfect to be sent to a gift officer when a gift is made by someone in their portfolio, but I was informed by the DonorPerfect team that these triggers will not happen if the gift is coming through Givecloud. Givecloud is our main online giving platform, so this means that most of our gifts will not trigger the email notifications system in DonorPerfect, and therefore, our gift officers won't know when someone in their portfolio has made a gift, unless they're checking everyone every day. I would like to request that this disconnect between systems be reviewed and addressed.

Numerous organizations have requested the ability to make changes to the thank you email for NFEs, not just the thank you note but the acknowledgement as well.
