When someone signs up for a membership, there is currently no automated email that can be sent to notify us. We would like to see an automated email option for membership signups.

We have been using Classes in QuickBooks Online and DonorPerfect has a field for this, but GiveCloud does not. This means we need to manually adjust all donations coming through GiveCloud when they post to DonorPerfect, which is time consuming. Could a Class field please be added to the donation forms?

We would like to use Sidebar Checkout for specific campaigns but were told ApplePay is only available on the fundraising experience page. When will it be added to Sidebar Checkout?

We use Givecloud for lots of different fundraising strategies: selling items, registering for events, basic donations, etc. Unfortunately, some of the website templates apply to all transactions. These should be customizable, or be set so we can make several and choose one for each particular reason. For instance, we would like the "Thank You" page to be more useful-- we could say "Thank You for your purchase" or "Thank you for registering" and have different art for each one.

Add an email automation for new recurring gifts. Right now we can only receive notifications for cancellations, failures or reminders. We'd love to know when a donor signs up for recurring gifts.

Ability to customize event template for free events. registrants have to complete the billing information and all we want is a simple registration process.

If all donors, regardless if they're a first time donor or repeat donor answers the question on how they heard about The Elephant Sanctuary, the data is not as valuable for using it to inform our marketing strategy or see how gifts are changing over time with new donors. Donors also get very frustrated and say "let me check out already." This user experience may even deter gifts if donors see it as a nuisance to answer a question they've answered multiple times before.
