Improvements and Feature Requests

The dashboard is good but it would be great if you could select custom date ranges for the data displayed for quick reporting.

I’d love to see an option to pin one or multiple notes to a Supporter Profile (Activity section). If implementing this is complex, an alternative could be an organization-level setting that allows us to choose a default view for the Activity section. Ideally, I would imagine organizations would want to prioritize manually added notes from their team rather than minor system details like logins. This would improve efficiency and ensure the most relevant information is always front and center.

We have a store that we'd like to put on GiveCloud, but we don't hold our own stock. It would be helpful if GiveCloud integrated with a print-on-demand service like Printful, Spring, or similar.

I was so excited to see that GiveCloud allowed organizations to create custom tribute cards and that donors could send them straight from a donation form. After creating some and testing them out though, I am very disappointed that the donor sees a preview that does not match what is actually sent. The preview shows our custom images, but then shows GiveCloud's standard text with it, rather than our custom text. If the preview can't accommodate custom text, then there should be the option to allow the donor to select and preview an image only. Our biggest concern is that the donation amount shows up on the preview and not all donors want their contribution amount shared.

For donors who have requested no mail to be sent to them

We have integrated Give Cloud with Donor Perfect, but we continue to use Donor Perfect for processing receipts because Give Cloud's fundraising forms lack the functionality to generate customized thank you emails and letters exceeding 1500 characters. Unfortunately, Give Cloud does not allow us to revert to Donor Perfect's default thank you letter receipt preferences. While most of our donors prefer email receipts, some still prefer letter receipts. However, gifts processed through Give Cloud cannot trigger letter receipts via Donor Perfect. Since Give Cloud was developed for Donor Perfect, I believe it should allow us to use Donor Perfect’s receipt preferences. This would save us time by eliminating the need to manually change email receipts to letters and reduce donor complaints. Please help us with this update!!! :)

The current scenrio is that with recurring donations, the initial payment isn't marked as recurring when it gets synced in DP, but subsequent payments received after do get marked as recurring. Would it be possible to also mark the intial payment as recurring in DP? it would save us alot of time/effort as well as with our reporting.

We have our settings to require either the 5th or 20th for recurring donations; however the new Fundraise pages do not force a selection and instead just set up a recurring for the day people complete....
