Add the ability to have more than one tax receipt email template (ie. Tax Receipt: To Supporter) as I want to send different thank you messages for one-time donations (immediately after donation) vs. monthly donors (yearly with consolidated tax receipt). Also, if a donation was designated to a specific program, it would be nice to trigger a specific email with tax receipt with wording around the area they supported.

There should be a way to change the "continue to payment" button, since some events are free and it is confusing for customers.

Right now i can either have DCC on, and donors have to see that it is on and turn it off, or I can't have it as an option at all. We have had at least a dozen of our donors call and express distaste for that automatically being on. It makes it seem like we are just trying to sneak in ways to get more money. We need an option to have DCC as an option, but not have it automatically selected in our giving experiences.

Would like the ability to merge profiles in a way that there would be one master login that would allow the supporter to access different profiles on the same login. For example, I have multiple supporters who give from an Individual Account, an Organization and a Foundation. For accurate giving, they will need to create three separate accounts in the portal, however would be much easier to have one login they could manage each account through. Likewise, this would be create to have a Master profile in GiveCloud that would make receipting and tax statements easier.

We have a lot of donors who give via DAFs, workplace fundraisers, etc. and their gifts are considered linked gifts or soft credits in Donor Perfect. They receive tax receipts from us for thos gifts. But when they log in to their donor portals, none of those gifts appear. We need linked gifts to appear in the Givecloud donor portals, it creates distrust when a donor knows they are giving but can't see specific gifts they have given.

It would be beneficial to include the QR codes in the Donor Portal so attendees can access them at any time. Right now, you can only send out one email trigger to the donor after purchase. There is no way for them to regain access if they delete it by mistake unless I resend the email manually. Also, sending an automated 24hr event reminder with QR codes and an event know-before-you-go would help with this, but the email automations are not set up to work that way.

Also the ability for donors to update their own fund designation (GL CODE) from within their donor portal profile.

We are getting complaints from people who don't click the "Dedicate" line of text on the form and then completely miss being able to make it a tribute. I have a special tribute page on my website and would like to be able to have a form just for tributes - or even another place before checkout where they can enable it being a dedication. Too many people miss it in the beginning. This is a huge giving category for us. People who do it right love the email options - but too many people have no other way to tell us the info when they miss that first step.

Ability to customize event template for free events. registrants have to complete the billing information and all we want is a simple registration process.
