On classic forms it would be great if we could add a prompt to encourage donors to increase their one-time donation or convert their donation to monthly.

I would like the ability to add a custom question during the checkout process that only appears for specific products/tickets not changing the global checkout process. I would like to only ask this question once during the checkout process for our holiday cards product only. People can add as many card versions they want and when they checkout they answer this question only once (instead of every time they add the product to their cart using the current custom field section). Google does not seem to have the most updated address database, and clients have expressed a need for perfect accuracy when auto-generating address information for donations (for both GC and DP).

I want to be able to add the merge tag for the general ledger in my recurring gift confirmation of payemnt emails. There are times when I can't just use the title of the gift when specifying which ministry our donors are giving to. This is seperate but simsilar, but it would be really helpful to be able to customize that for the Giving Experience recurring donations as well.

Would be great to have the ability to allow a donor to choose if they want just their name shown, but not the donation value.

This is the whole purpose of giving tuesday... to reach a goal amount.

The recent update to Giving Experiences, which consolidates emails into a single acknowledgement/receipt, has unintentionally created more work for our team. We urgently request the a BCC field option be added back to the donor email acknowledgement and receipt. Currently, we only receive a confirmation that a donation was made. This does not meet our requirements, as we need both electronic and hard-copy individual records of every receipt for our documentation and compliance processes. With the new format, after each donation, we now have to: Open the individual contribution View the receipt Download the receipt Save and file it manually These extra steps were not necessary before and are slowing down our workflow significantly. Adding the option back to include a BCC on the donor acknowledgement/receipt email would automatically provide us with the documentation we need, saving time and improving efficiency for many users in similar situations. We are leaving WIX and going to GiveCloud. I am SUPER frustrated that you you can't have one page with various ticketing/sales items and then select a quantity of each particular ticket and then check out. On one page. I attached an example. This seems to be a BASIC option for shopping cart. Through support they mentioned that this was requested back in 2022 and it still has not been resolved. PLEASE look into this - the only option I can see to clean this up is refreshing a single ticket page with "add another ticket" option OR using a multi-type ticket page and the user clicking and going back for each ticket. Again - QTY option is SUPER BASIC!!!

Please create a way to create ONE single personalized email for multiple items in one donation to avoid multiple emails being sent! The invoice that is visible after the order is created is exactly what I want to be in the email confirmation to the donor...

Would be helpful to parse out performance of ecomerce versus donations in the dashboard. It feels cubersome to get quick info on straight ecomm performace. IT is all bucketed togeter
