Update Address and/or Email when a match is made. There are frequently records that are interfacing, but not updating for these fields which leaves inconsistent data between the 2 systems.

Josh Bloomfield (CEO) Similar to updating the address. We really need the Pledge data to update in DonorPerfect. Currently if someone changes their amount or cancels all together in GiveCloud, it does not pass that information to DonorPerfect. There appears to be a manual button to tell the pledge to update a DonorPerfect pledge number but it does not seem to work and is not a great solution because you would then have to be manually finding every time someone makes a change and force it to do an update.

This is a huge issue for us as well. As Elizabeth said, we would love to update profiles that don't have a mailing address in DP yet. Additionally, when we do a mail merge out of DP, we can't trust that the addresses are properly up to date. This costs time as we cross check with GC manually. We have also resorted to paying a separate company to check our addresses because of this issue.

We have records in DonorPerfect that may exist without a mailing address. If the same person makes a donation on GiveCloud and provides a mailing address, that address is not passed on to DonorPerfect -- even though GiveCloud has it and the DonorPerfect field is blank. That makes no sense. You have it. Why can't you pass it to DonorPerfect?
