I'm really disappointed that I can't set up an automated email series when someone initiates a new recurring gift. It would be an incredibly useful workflow to be able to set up an email series that could automatically send stewardship email #1 #days after they initiated the recurring gift, then another ##days after that, and so on.

I second this. Many other systems, like Keela and Raisely,offer automated, trigger and timed email work flows. This would be extremly helpful either throufh Givecloud or DonorPerfect to keep everything in house.
