Giving Experiences: add back BCC Option - improve acknowledgement/receipt email access

The recent update to Giving Experiences, which consolidates emails into a single acknowledgement/receipt, has unintentionally created more work for our team.
We urgently request the a BCC field option be added back to the donor email acknowledgement and receipt. Currently, we only receive a confirmation that a donation was made. This does not meet our requirements, as we need both electronic and hard-copy individual records of every receipt for our documentation and compliance processes.
With the new format, after each donation, we now have to:
Open the individual contribution
View the receipt
Download the receipt
Save and file it manually
These extra steps were not necessary before and are slowing down our workflow significantly.
Adding the option back to include a BCC on the donor acknowledgement/receipt email would automatically provide us with the documentation we need, saving time and improving efficiency for many users in similar situations.
Thank you for considering this improvement.

Thank you for the valuable feedback. We're in the process of adding the BCC option to Giving Experiences so that you can be bcc'd on the confirmation email that is sent to donors.

I agree that this should be a feature that is available. I would encourage this organization to reconsider their compliance needs and record retention to really determine if a hard copy is actually necessary compared to having access to view the individual receipts in GC when needed and the ability to send annual statements in January for prior year and maintaining a record of those only in digital form on their own servers. I transitioned away from paper 3 years ago and my annual audits are very smooth now.

Matthew McGee Understood. But the main thing that has been lost/eliminated is the BCC which allows us to see what the donor sees when they receive their acknowledgement/receipt (in addition to having electronic backup of the receipts, just in case there is a fail within GiveCloud or should we change platforms in the future.)
