Hi there! We are new to GiveCloud and coming from another online giving platform. With the other platform, we were able to set fixed term limits on recurring donations so that we can track the overall amount a donor was going to give. For instance, we ask for 3 year pledges ($83.33/month over 3 years is $3,000). It would be amazing if either A. a donor could choose how many billing cycles they want whether it's monthly, quarterly or yearly and we can set the range on the back end or B. we can make a default setting in the giving experience that only let's recurring donations last for so long. Having an open-ended recurring donation is very hard to track for capital purposes when our Board of Directors want to know exactly how much someone is going to give. If we don't know how many cycles they are going to do, we don't know how much money we will end up with. Hopefully this makes sense! Thanks! If you have more questions let me know!
