Not all of our DonorPerfect profile information is accurate or up to date. We're hoping there's a way that the DonorPerfect profile gets automatically updated from the billing information entered by the donor at checkout in Givecloud. At the same time, our preference is to find a setting that the tax receipt generated by Givecloud be made out to the name that the customer enters as their billing name and not the name already attached to the profile in DonorPerfect.
